Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. This page explains how Wellness Marketplace uses cookies and similar browser storage.
Essential cookies
These support the service you request, including signing in and protecting forms. Blocking them may prevent those features from working.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sessionid | Wellness Marketplace | Keeps you signed in and connects your cart, currency and checkout to your visit. | Until browser close, subject to a 1 day server session limit. |
csrftoken | Wellness Marketplace | Protects forms against cross site request forgery. | Up to 1 year |
wm_cookie_consent | Wellness Marketplace | Records your choice only when optional analytics is available and you submit a preference. | 180 days |
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently use browser analytics cookies, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If optional analytics is introduced, we will ask for your choice before enabling it.
Other browser storage
Local storage remembers appointment selections, rescheduling details and the push notification preference you choose. These entries remain until the application replaces or removes them, or you clear site data. Scroll position is also stored locally; session storage is cleared when the tab closes. An installed app may cache static files for loading and offline support.
Third party services
Fonts and code libraries load from content delivery networks, which receive your IP address. Paystack loads when you start a Paystack payment. Hosted payment pages may use their own security cookies; see Paystack’s privacy notice and Stripe’s cookie information. These providers control storage on their payment pages.
Managing browser storage
You can delete or block cookies and other site data using your browser settings. Clearing the preference cookie will remove your recorded choice. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from using the service.
