Purchase Guide

1. Create or Access Your Account

  • Sign up with your email or phone number, then add your delivery address and contact details.
  • From My Account you can view orders, appointments, and manage prescriptions/refills where available.
  • Choose your communication preferences (email/SMS/WhatsApp). You can opt out of marketing anytime; reply STOP on WhatsApp to unsubscribe from that channel.

2. Browse Products and Services

  • Use Categories or Search to find wellness products, treatments, and providers.
  • Product pages show pricing, stock status, shipping info, and whether a prescription/appointment is required.
  • International availability may vary by region. Some products may be restricted in your country.

3. Add to Cart or Schedule

  • Products: choose quantity/variant and click Add to Cart.
  • Services/Appointments: pick a provider and select an available time slot.
  • Refills: if you have an eligible refill, you can add the item without using it yet. The refill is validated and only used when you pay.

4. Checkout

  • Confirm your shipping address and select a delivery method (for shippable items).
  • Apply coupons where eligible and review taxes/duties if applicable.
  • Select a payment method and complete payment via our secure providers. Do not close the window until you see the confirmation screen.

5. Prescriptions and Verification

  • Some items require a valid prescription or provider approval. We’ll guide you to upload a prescription or schedule a consultation.
  • Refill eligibility and limits are enforced per prescription and provider policy.
  • For age-restricted items or services, you may be asked to complete an ID check.

6. Order Tracking and Appointments

  • Track order status from My Orders. You’ll receive notifications for key updates.
  • View and manage upcoming appointments in My Account → Appointments. Reschedule options depend on provider availability and timing.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Request cancellations from the order detail page where possible. Appointment cancellations may be subject to timing and fees shown at booking.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method when approved. Certain categories (e.g., opened consumables, prescription products) may be non-returnable where prohibited by law.

8. Support

  • Need help? Contact support via WhatsApp or email. For WhatsApp, we use it for support and permitted notifications only; purchases complete on the website/app.
  • Locked out? Use Account Recovery to reset your password or re-verify your number.
